We are “Cassette”, a small craft furniture workshop located in central Japan.

We are known for creating one-of-a-kind pieces in which we use traditional  woodworking techniques which combine style with strength.

In a world where mass-production furniture is dominant, our simple yet distinctive approach allows full and exacting customization.

Be it a single child’s stool or a full-room installation, we select wood most suited to the piece and use construction methods that will ensure long-lasting durability.

Our partnership with local metal, leather and glass specialists allows us to fully accommodate any design.

We also offer a number of signature pieces ready to order.

While we focus on Japan, we have relationships with a number of freight forwarders and are happy to provide a shipping quote.
